• Directly manage team of 4 reporting BAs, ensuring high quality requirements delivery.
• Responsible for editing / finalizing release notes for external and internal stakeholders.
• Worked with data operations and data management teams across multiple accounting platforms to provide consolidated information across client accounts, fund investments, investor information and other data as requested by Clients or Operations teams.
• Support technical teams on all product issues, taking ownership of problems, resolutions and escalations to ensure application remains stable, efficient and clients continue to be supported.
