In the capacity of a Senior Technology Manager, with over 25 years of cumulative experience. Experience includes budgeting, forming teams, establishing standards and modeling ITIL/COBIT 5 framework. I have worked in capacity in Senior IT Management for 20 years. During this time I have also consistently gone back to work hands on in technical areas. Having technical expertise in the same roles I manage has proven invaluable. I have worked heavily in Information Security, Systems Engineering and monitoring, Service desk and compliance. I have also worked in software development early in my career.
