We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative MEMS Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEMS design, simulation, and process development. As a MEMS Process Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of new MEMS devices from concept to production. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and shape the future of MEMS.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop novel AFM Probes from concept to production, considering performance, manufacturability, and cost.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define device specifications and fabrication processes.
Develop and execute test plans to evaluate device performance, reliability, and functionality.
Analyze test data and iteratively refine designs to meet performance targets and customer requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Scanning Probe Microscopy and incorporate new techniques into device development.
Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations to internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in MEMS design and development.
Strong understanding of MEMS fabrication processes, including photolithography, etching, deposition, and packaging.
Experience with design verification and characterization techniques for MEMS devices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
