We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative MEMS Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEMS design, simulation, and process development. As a MEMS Process Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of new MEMS devices from concept to production. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and shape the future of MEMS.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop novel AFM Probes from concept to production, considering performance, manufacturability, and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define device specifications and fabrication processes.
- Develop and execute test plans to evaluate device performance, reliability, and functionality.
- Analyze test data and iteratively refine designs to meet performance targets and customer requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Scanning Probe Microscopy and incorporate new techniques into device development.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations to internal stakeholders and customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in MEMS design and development.
- Strong understanding of MEMS fabrication processes, including photolithography, etching, deposition, and packaging.
- Experience with design verification and characterization techniques for MEMS devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
