About the Position
Unique opportunity for early career engineer (0-3 years of experience) looking for a challenging career where their voice matters from the start. We are looking for candidates that are not only smart but also have an applied mindset. While academics has it place, we look at the whole candidate to find a “Vulcanite”.
As an Entry Level Engineer, you will predominately work with drawings, procedures and specifications in a Sustaining role. But you will also work with seasoned Engineers to develop complex product solutions including next generation materials. Our goal is to take what we learn in the extreme environment(s) of our current products and expand into other extreme environment applications. We are able to develop next generation product because our Engineering Department works as part of team that includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercialization.

General Criteria:
- BSME
- SolidWorks exposure (or other 3D CAD system)
- Can use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- General mechanical aptitude demonstrated through hands on project work or prior experience
- 0-3 years total experience
- Looking for the fast paced/entrepreneurial spirit/mindset
- Periodic travel to Manufacturing site or field locations

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
