Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Entry Level to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical engineering projects within our consumer goods division. This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to contribute to impactful engineering projects, gain hands-on experience, and grow within our innovative consumer goods division
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of components and systems for consumer products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status and progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical and analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in a related field is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000
