We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. AWS Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end data solutions using AWS technologies, including Amazon EMR, Glue, Athena, and other cloud-based tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large-scale data environments and will be well-versed in SQL, Apache Spark, and Python. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and cost-effective data pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: AWS Certified Big Data – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
- Containerization: Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Data Science Exposure: Exposure to data science workflows, machine learning pipelines, and model deployment is a plus.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an iterative development environment.
