Aesthetic Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our luxury medical practice.

As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant at AirSculpt®, you will: - Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:- 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Experience using a CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work weekends as determined by business needs
Preferred but Not Required:- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Salesforce experience
Physical Demands- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
- Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation Base salary of $50K with total annual compensation range of $125,000 to 200,000+
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
