Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Services Product Manager to lead the development and management of our services product portfolio, including instrument startup, validation, preventative maintenance, and repair services. Guided by the company strategic plan, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our service products while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role gathers and prioritizes market requirements from customers and understands our competitors to be able to define, develop, and release service offerings across Life Science, Semiconductor, Industrial and Environmental markets. The Services Product Manager collaborates with sales, service, and marketing teams to promote adoption of the products, facilitate enhancements, provide training, execute competitive analysis, and generate marketing collateral. This role is also responsible for maintaining accurate system information for existing service offerings,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new service offerings aligned with existing instrumentation, and developing or updating sales quoting tools in SalesForce. The position reports directly to the Aftermarket Product Manager and indirectly to the Global Services Leader and will be located in Boulder, Colorado, USA.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other product managers to develop and release new service offerings with instruments and consumables. This will include participation in New Product Introductions (NPIs) for associated service offerings as well as optimizing existing service products based on internal and external feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Service Management to support commercial opportunities and execute action plans.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, competitors, internal stakeholders, and market trends and translate those into credible business plans that serve as the basis for product enhancement efforts and other initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted expert for sales and services by delivering content, training, and support to enable customer success.
- Manage critical communications on the initiatives assigned, ensuring that customer and business needs are embedded in messaging as the product evolves.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for service products, analyzing data to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Travel to existing and potential customer locations globally to conduct market research to develop an in-depth, real-world understanding of the applications where Veolia instruments and instrument data are used and how services are performed. Use this voice of customer (VOC) information to drive the development of differentiated services that customers value.
- Develop and execute the product strategy for service offerings, aligning with overall company goals and market demands.

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in a technical or business role (typically 4+ years)
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., product management, services, applications, or sales)
Preferred:
- Experience with analytical instrumentation in a Life Science environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to instrument validation and maintenance
- Experience working in a service organization
- Resourceful to use tools, ideas, and best practices to solve problems through creative, out of the box thinking
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce

- Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $95,000 - 115,000 annually
