Required Skills
Proven experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling.
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (data warehouse).
Expert-level proficiency in SQL development and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with data warehouse best practices and ETL/ELT workflows.
Deep understanding of mortgage domain concepts, processes, and terminology, including underwriting, origination, and servicing.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for data integration is a plus.
Knowledge of data governance, security standards, and regulatory compliance within the mortgage industry.
