In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare data warehouse. This involves performing in-depth reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.Skills Required:3 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on data management or analytics.Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.Experience with data modeling methodologies and their application across diverse data sources (e.g., transactional, clinical, operational, financial).Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, including value-based care and managed care programs.Prior experience with reconciliation, financial audits, and revenue cycles.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
