Are you a seasoned DevOps professional eager to drive innovation and streamline operations? Join our dynamic DevSecOps team and play a pivotal role in aligning IT operations with business objectives through cutting-edge automation and CI/CD solutions.
What You'll Do:- Enhance CI/CD Practices:
- Develop, review, modify, and optimize CI/CD principles
- Install, configure, and maintain CI/CD tools and platforms
- Build and manage robust CI/CD pipeline configurations
- Automation & Batch Operations:
- Automate processes to improve deployment efficiency
- Develop, monitor, and optimize batch jobs and operations
- Application Deployment & Support:
- Install, configure, build, and deploy Eligibility Supporting Technology applications
- Ensure consistency across development, test, training, and production environments
- Provide environment triage support with on-call responsibilities during workdays, nights, and weekends
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze current technologies and propose scalable improvements
- Document processes and procedures to maintain best practices
- Support production and non-production activities, releases, and sprint cycles
- Develop and propose plans for enterprise-level automation solutions
- Independent Leadership:
- Operate under minimal direction with significant latitude for initiative and independent judgment
Who We're Looking For:Minimum Qualifications:- 10+ Years' Experience:
- Automating the full lifecycle of complex enterprise IT environments using IaC, CaC, and CI/CD tools (supporting technologies like IBM WebSphere, MQ, Oracle, AWS)
- Designing and implementing scalable, repeatable, and recoverable automation solutions
- Advanced automation with tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible Automation Platform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Liquibase, etc.
- 8+ Years' Experience:
- Programming and scripting with languages such as Python, GoLang, Shell, Ruby, Bash, or Perl
- Working with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, EE/OpenShift/Rancher) and packaging tools (Helm Charts, Kustomize)
- Managing both Linux and Windows operating systems
- Designing solutions based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred (5+ Years' Experience):
- Application development using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, EJB, JSP, or JSF/Struts
- Experience with technologies such as WebSphere ND, MQ, Oracle, SQL tools (PL/SQL Developer, SQL Plus), LDAP, Splunk, and Dynatrace
