Description:
Analyze and review contracts and agreements to identify key contract terms and conditions and contractual commitments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, land, IT etc. to support contract database, templates, and workflows to streamline the contract management process. Job responsibilities will include but not limited to-
a) Coordinate compliance and review of midstream contractual commitments - work would involve entering contract related information into software based systems (Quorum Land System etc.)
b) Assist in develop processes, tools, reports and GIS mapping to track and maintain contractual obligations including dedication tracking and performance compliance.
c) Maintain midstream contracts within Oxy retention systems.
d) Other duties as required, including help with periodic review of internal processes, controls, contract forms, contract briefs, data reporting, gap analysis, etc.
