Job Description: This role will be part of the Global Project Cybele implementation team focused on the North American region. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing the execution of a detailed project plan for the implementation of a new system as well as tracking project KPIs and producing a project dashboard. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define the goals, deliverables, and resources necessary to support the project objectivesDevelop detailed project plan and associated documentationProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and devise contingency plansCompile resourcing needs and identify SMEs needed to achieve project goalsManage project and task communication to working groupCreate tracking and reporting mechanisms to keep project team and management informed of KPIs, project status and progress toward milestonesManage project alignment with Global PMO organization and provide project status updates as neededIdentify and manage project dependencies, constraints, risks, and critical path. QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.5+ years of experience driving large-scale projectsStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practicesAbility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelinesStrong drive for results and demonstrated ability to bring projects to completionStrong written and oral communication skills appropriate for all levels of the organizationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields -or- equivalent experience.Experience with project management in CPG's a plus.
