Eni Natural Energies Vietnam LLC in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. You will be responsible for coordinating agricultural development and production activities for energy crops.

Main responsibilities:
- Conduct the analysis of local agricultural contexts in the country
- Prepare agricultural development plans with production targets, timelines and actions to achieve and secure the raw material supply chain at the Agri-feedstock plant.
- Coordinate all aspects of the agricultural production of the energy oil crop chain, including regulatory aspects, scouting of potential suppliers, sustainability certification, definition of the agricultural model, contractualization, planning and monitoring of agricultural operations.
- Create, maintain and monitor a comprehensive database for farmers, suppliers to the agri-food industry and other potential crops to ensure the capitalization of the agricultural network throughout the country.
- Contribute to managing the ISCC EU certification process and any other sustainability, human rights and technical compliance certifications within the raw materials supply chain. Work with the logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure that certified inputs are properly managed according to the certification requirements.
- Define the scope of work of the agricultural produce supply contracts, carry out the technical evaluation of the offers received, coordinate the post-award operational activities.
- Support other company initiatives (environmental awareness, communications campaigns, local content, etc.) which contribute to agriculture development as requested.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Employees must comply with Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures, report all incidents, motivate colleagues to follow HSE rules, participate in HSE initiatives, ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards, and proactively support the company's HSE objectives.
Skills and experience required:
- Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences or relevant qualifications in any other related field.
- Relevant experience in a similar role or field.
- Experience in agricultural and agroforestry development projects, analysis of existing supply chains, and production potential of agricultural biomass for industrial use.
- Ability to design and manage large-scale agricultural and agroforestry interventions.
- Knowledge of agricultural and agroforestry production systems, with particular reference to contract farming mechanisms and/or agro-industrial initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and management coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder relations skills, with particular reference to local communities.
- Candidate should have a network of relevant contacts to assist in job performance.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
