Industrial Residues Coordinator within
Eni Natural Energies Vietnam LLC in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The Company is sourcing residual biomass, including used cooking oil (UCO), as bio-feedstock for biofuel production, and you will be part of the biomass recovery and valorization team.

Main responsibilities:
- Conduct economic analyses to assess the potential of agricultural, industrial and forestry residues, considering costs, logistics and market dynamics.
- Scout and engage with counterparties to develop biofuel feedstock supply chains.
- Negotiate and draft supply contracts in collaboration with internal departments.
- Manage UCO collection and valorization, coordinating with external collectors and overseeing the company's network to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Expand the UCO collection network by identifying new points, training field collectors, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, sustainability certifications, and industry standards.
- Optimize UCO transport and storage with logistics partners.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Employees must comply with Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures, report all incidents, motivate colleagues to follow HSE rules, participate in HSE initiatives, ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards, and proactively support the company's HSE objectives.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Food Industrial/Processing Technologies, Environmental Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields.
- Extensive experience in commercial or business development roles within Food Industrial/Processing Technologies, biomass supply, waste management or biofuel sectors.
- Experience managing UCO collection programs or similar initiatives is preferred.
- Understanding of agro-industrial, Food Industrial/Processing Technologies or agroforestry supply chains for energy production.
- Familiarity with vegetable oil and UCO supply chains, including storage and quality standards.
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications (e.g., ISCC) and renewable energy regulations.
- Expertise in logistics and supply chain management for biomass.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience training and supporting field collection teams.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
- Availability for frequent travel within the region.
