Darigold is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Engineer and Architect to design, develop and maintain our data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes and data governance. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that data is accessible, reliable and structured for optimal analysis.

What You Will Do:
Oracle Cloud ERP Integration & Configuration
- Configure and maintain data extraction processes from Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement).
- Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot issues within Oracle Cloud ERP to ensure accurate financial and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with ERP functional leads to optimize system functionality and data flows.
Design and Architecture:
- Develop and implement the overall data warehouse architecture.
- Create data models, including conceptual, logical and physical models.
- Design data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow from various sources.
- Design and implement data pipelines and architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric services (e.g., Data Factory, Data Warehousing, Synapse Real-Time Analytics, Power BI).
ETL Development:
- Develop end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines in Microsoft Databricks to process data from various sources, including Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Design scalable data transformations to cleanse, aggregate and enrich datasets for analytics and reporting.
- Utilize Spark-based technologies to optimize data processing performance and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Build and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform and load data efficiently.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure best practices in data processing and storage.
Performance Tuning:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data warehouse systems.
- Implement indexing, partitioning, and other performance enhancement techniques.
Data Governance:
- Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency and security.
- Work with compliance teams to ensure adherence to data regulations.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data team members.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes and system configurations.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data warehousing data architecture or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, ODI, ADF, Python) and data warehousing solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud or Azure Databricks.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Knowledge of big data technologies Azure Databricks is preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools Power BI is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Compensation range: $118,929 - $178,393 (individual wage based on previous experience, knowledge and skills)
