We use our change management & process skills to drive implementation and facilitate organizational change management in improvement initiatives to ensure that new tools and process improvements are successfully implemented.
We are looking for candidates for Student Worker - Change & Communication Support position located in Aarhus (DK).
Responsibilities You will report to the Team Lead for the Change Management and Process team. You will be assigned as support to strategic business improvement projects working in cross functional project teams. You will support the Change Management Lead on:
- Stakeholder management: Securing that stakeholders are identified, segmented and properly managed through various stakeholder engagement and management activities
- Communication: executing on the communication strategy by creating newsletters, videos, or other communication materials
- Process: Gather and formalize process information, drafting processes and supporting in capturing input from the business in meetings and workshops
- Ad hoc support on Change Management tasks, planning & executing workshops
Qualifications - Active student status in Business Development, communication, or other relevant studies
- Good communicator and able to work with different communication channels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Competencies - Strong communication skills
- Excellent at cooperation and having a positive mindset
- Focus on the details while at the same time maintaining the greater picture of your work
- Highly motivated, self-driven and open minded
- Focused on customer with a can-do-attitude, thrive with teamwork and have a global mindset
