Responsibilities - Apoyar en el procesamiento de facturas proporcionando codificacion o cualquier informacion adicional que necesiten los proveedores.
- Validar la exactitud de la codificacion financiera segun las normas y politicas relacionadas vigentes.
- Apoya la pronta atencion y resolucion de solicitudes entrantes asignadas de proveedores y clientes internos, conforme con las politicas, las mejores practicas y los SLA definidos de Weatherford.
- Actualizar la informacion necesaria para facilitar las transacciones en sistema ERP de acuerdo con KPI; validar la exactitud de los cargos comparandolos con contratos o acuerdos vigentes
- Resolver las discrepancias trabajando en estrecha colaboracion con la auditoria de proveedores y el lider de pagos.
- Apoyar en la ejecucion de las auditorias y comunicar los hallazgos.
- Liderar y contribuir a la recuperacion de fondos pagados por error (tasas, duplicados, sobrepagos o cualquier otro relacionado.
- Proporcionar informacion requerida por clientes externos o internos sobre gastos de proveedores.
Qualifications - +1 ano de experiencia en procesamiento internos de gestiones de compras y atencion a proveedores.
- Capacidad para interactuar y colaborar eficazmente con clientes internos y externos para asegurar resultados positivos.
- Debe ser flexible con la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno en constante cambio y adaptarse rapidamente a las operaciones requisitos.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestion del tiempo.
- Carrera de grado afin.
- Competente en el uso de MS Office. Preferente Excel avanzado.
