Responsibilities - Revisar y aprobar el contenido tecnico y administrativo de la documentacion de compras.
- Mantener registros de compras manuales o informatizados, como la compra de articulos o servicios, los costos, la entrega, la calidad del producto o el rendimiento y los inventarios.
- Desarrollar y mantener fuentes confiables de suministro y solidas relaciones con los proveedores.
- Utilizar acuerdos de precios donde se encuentren disponibles.
- Evaluar efectividad de cotizaciones del proveedor en cuanto a precios, tiempos, envios, etc.
- Residir en el equipo de liderazgo local para asegurar que la direccion y el desarrollo del departamento esten alineados estrategicamente.
- Realizar comparativas de precios, y/o buscar el metodo mas eficiente de adjudicacion.
- Colaborar con los planificadores de produccion, realizar seguimiento y proporcionar comentarios sobre el estado de las entregas.
- Acelerar los pedidos de compra, cuando sea necesario, para asegurar la entrega prometida o el cumplimiento de la fecha de vencimiento.
- Ser intermediario entre el proveedor y el departamento de cuentas a pagar para resolver inconvenientes y/o disputas.
- Mantener comunicaciones efectivas con todos los involucrados en el proceso de abastecimiento.
- Utilizar sistemas de planificaciones de demanda (MRP/DRP)
Qualifications - +2 anos experiencia trabajando en un puesto de adquisiciones y cadena de suministro.
- Orientado al cliente, con fuertes habilidades de comunicacion oral y escritas.
- Habilidades organizativas y de gestion del tiempo.
- Carrera de Grado, finalizada o ultimo ano.
- Manejo de Paquete Office. Preferente Excel avanzado.
- Conocimiento de JDE, preferente.
- Ingles Avanzado (Excluyente).
