At Eni, we are looking for an AP/AR Accountant within Eni International B.V. in The Netherlands, Amsterdam. You will be responsible for maintaining accounts payables , receivables, and general accounting ledgers by registering the appropriate accounting transactions.
As a member of the CFO Team at Eni International B.V you will be responsible for :
• Processing relevant reference documents for the account transactions.
• Assisting the reporting department on the activity of trade balances intercompany reconciliation process by timely providing the correct and accurate documentation.
• Upon receipt of the correct and accurate documentation from the treasury department, perform the bank reconciliation line by line.
• Providing support to the Dutch VAT (BTW) reporting where required.
• Assisting the Accounting Supervisor in case of disputes with vendors, customers, and branches.
• Supporting the Accounting Supervisor during the year-end audit activities.
• Preparing accounts receivables by collecting adequate supporting documents.
• Reconciling the transitory accounts.
• Checking outstanding balances of vendors and customers.
• Performing other duties as assigned
