We are recruiting a site based service supervisor ensure safe and efficient operations at site. The vestas site team at HKW consists of 40 personnel. . You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.
Responsibilities: You will have an important role in the service team aboard our Service Operation Vessel (SOV) at the Offshore HKW VI windfarm, reporting directly to the Shift Manager. Your responsibilities will include the daily planning and supervision of offshore teams, ensuring smooth service operations and effective communication with the customer.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Planning & Coordination:
- Organize and plan daily service activities for the windfarm.
- Oversee offshore teams and ensure smooth operation workflows.
- Coordinate vessel transfers and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team logistics.
- Monitor weather forecasts to adjust transfer plans as needed.
- Prepare and implement transfer plans, ensuring efficient operations.
- Create and supervise work orders in SAP.
- Review and approve technician work hours in the system.
- Maintain and update the planning board to reflect ongoing and upcoming tasks.
- Prepare daily reports and contribute to the monthly customer report.
- Plan and oversee annual service and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the implementation of upgrades and process improvements.
- Collaborate with customer representatives to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide general support to the Shift Manager to meet operational goals.
- Ensure that all operations comply with Vestas Health and Safety Management system guidelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes.
Qualifications - Experience or degree within electricity or mechanics. You are also eager to develop your skills within these areas
- Hydraulic experience is a plus• Experience / Understanding of an MMS is a pre.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good understanding of the English Language - Both written and Spoken.
- Driver's license class B
Competencies - Have enhanced communication skills
- Can easily switch between tasks
- Can influence and assist others in a positive manner
- You know how to monitor general safety and safety awareness
- Good English communication skills in reading / writing, basic knowledge of MS Office
