- We want to make it transparent, simple,and easy for project managers and project teams to effectively deliver projects
Responsibilities
Candidate will collaborate on developing and implementing planning solutions through change management frameworks for initiatives running from Project Quality global team. Will be a key driver for their benefit, directly supporting domain leaders in project Quality Global team. Will be a crucial and proactive part of change initiatives, by collaborating on designing or refining processes and planning setups, providing a comprehensive and transversal overview of initiatives, status, end user acceptance and actions for effective continuous implementation. It is a key position for strengthen agile transformation across Vestas Power Solutions.
With high focus on implementation of enterprise planning solutions and change management initiatives, the candidate will:
- Collaborate in Project Quality change management efforts, mainly focused in Agile Planning Domain to support current and future enterprise planning initiatives, including end user agreements and roll out through methods and frameworks to successfully enable fast-paced implementation
- Support to creating planning solutions for projects or change initiatives identifying key elements - analysis, plan, implementation, communication and other associated change aspects that directly contributes for projects growth
- Collaborate on designing or changing existing processes and planning setups, being able to deep dive in all the relevant and ancillary topics, across different Business Units and with an end to end perspective
- Use the planning tools setup to support design and implement enterprise planning solutions, across levels and business units
- Provide feedback towards improvements of the existing planning tools and reporting setup
- Be a proactive part of the change, by supporting and driving the relevant stakeholders in achieving the intended purpose of the initiatives, assisting in all the necessary defined processes, planning setups, tools and dashboards
- Actively collaborate towards usage of change management methodologies and support training efforts
- Provide status of current initiatives requiring change management support, identifying actions, end user acceptance status and other metrics for a suitable implementation
As part of the daily activities, the candidate will also be responsible to, but not only:
- Be a main motivation on designing planning solutions, their respective implementation track and framework
- Support domain leaders in Project Quality, agile planning domain and project managers requiring planning solutions to their projects
- Be responsible to provide status report on current initiatives
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of training and support material
- Support and facilitate stakeholders in the necessary frameworks and tools
Qualifications
- M.Sc in Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant academic field
- Relevant experience (> 4 years) in planning solutions and frameworks and change/project management- professional background in planning, operations, people mgm or consultancy is highly desired
- Experience in large multinational progressive environment is highly desired
- Experience in wind industry is highly desired
- Experience in planning tools (Jira, others) and ERP systems (SAP), is highly desired
- Experience in MS Power BI is advantageous
- Project Management and Agile methodologies knowledge is advantageous
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
