ResponsibilitiesRole Overview/day to day responsibilities:
Has responsibility for total operations performance and to plan, coordinate, control and execute the installation of equipment at the Weatherford facility in-line with company and client company policies, procedures and systems, Statutory Regulations and good industry practice. Does not go to the field. Does not collect field bonus. Minimum oversees a process or a business activity that require regular monitoring of work activity; assigning and/or delegating individuals to schedules; moving assets / resources, administering policies and/or procedures across staff areas; interacting with multiple parties to organize activities / people. Compiles reports concerning progress of work and utilization of machines and equipment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)
- Coordinate with Senior Operations Manager and product line managers
- Prepare, maintain, and develop schedules for various projects, including resource allocation and critical path analysis to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with Ops Manager, Project Manager and other stakeholders to gather project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to work schedules to ensure minimal operation disruption.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts, work with stakeholders to resolve the issues.
- Ensure timely communication, provide constant updates to stakeholders.
- Continuous evaluate and improve scheduling tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.
- Provide regular reports on project progression and schedule performance.
- Coordinate with Senior Operations Manager and product line managers
Qualifications- Bachelors' degree or equivalent level work experience.
- 3+ years operational experience/coordinator experience
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Data analysis certification is a plus.
- Business skills in Operations and Administration
- Planning experience related to people scheduling, and dispatching.
- Job Assignment: matching the right field workers or technicians based on their skills, experience, location, and availability to specific jobs or tasks.
- Workforce scheduling: create efficient operational models for operation's resource needs, to ensure business continuity from one hitch to the next.
- Workforce optimization: Develop daily schedules, matching job requirements with the right skills personnel to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
