Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive planning system that aligns with operational needs and project timelines. This includes forecasting workloads, allocating resources effectively, and adjusting plans as needed to meet dynamic operational demands
- Administrative Skills: Ensure all logistical and administrative tasks related to technician work activities, such as travel arrangements, equipment procurement, and documentation, are handled with precision and efficiency
- Collaboration and Support: Serve as a central point of contact between field technicians, management, and other departments. Facilitate clear and effective communication to resolve issues promptly and maintain a seamless flow of information
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine planning and support processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery outcomes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to overcome operational challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience being a coordinator or education, studies, or courses is also an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of timekeeping and approval processes can be beneficial
- Delivering assignments on time, with a high level of accuracy and quality
- Willing to comply with the Global Scale of the support and the stakeholder's time zones.
