Field of action
In this interesting environment, you will apply all your technical skills (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, automation, etc.) for the benefit of Romania's energy transition.
By joining our teams, you will develop maintenance and energy production efficiency solutions adapted to each situation, as close to home as possible!
Subordinate to technical operations manager in Romania, the tasks will be the following:
• Management of teams of internal and external maintenance technicians and service base, which includes stocks of parts and tools.
• Developing the skills and abilities of local technicians
• Acting as an interface with the client regarding the activities carried out: works, performances, reporting, etc.
• Promote safety within local teams, both internal and external; you will be the guarantor of SGRE's culture of transparency and zero accidents
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance work, both minor and major
• Ensuring the quality of work performed by our internal and external teams
This is a permanent position, and requires travelling to the site and less home office.
What are we looking for

You have leadership experience with a technical background, and, preferably, a technical bachelor's degree.
The lead technician activity requires the following aspects:
- One year of experience as a maintenance technician, especially in the field of corrective work on rotating machines
- A good knowledge of office tools (Office pack), especially Excel for planning activities related to team management. General knowledge about IT Tools is very important.
- A strong safety culture
- You are a person with a spirit of initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Proactive thinking
- Team work skills
- Involved and flexible
- Rigorous and persistent
English is required to use the technical documentation and to communicate with the technical support functions.
