The Customer Project Execution department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with logistics, procurement and finance departments, the team must keep the project on budget and on schedule and ensures our ongoing safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
As the Site Support Assistant, Offshore Execution your main responsibility will be to support the site management team across all aspects of the construction phase, from pre-installation, installation, and commissioning working both on and offshore as required. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist in planning Kick-Off meetings for Pre-Installation, Installation, and Commissioning phases
- Oversee personnel onboarding, including certification checks, planning, site induction, and signing procedures
- Aid in site readiness by preparing office equipment, inspecting and booking accommodation, and handling other logistical tasks
- Coordinate with customs and port authorities to ensure compliance
- Provide HSE administrative support and assist with purchasing and cost control
- Support with crew changes, project documentation, and administrative tasks for project close-out
- Offer pastoral care to the site team, ensuring a positive and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a site assistant in the wind industry, preferably offshore during construction, is beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Experience working on offshore vessels is beneficial but not essential
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing and able to work offshore on a vessel

Expected travel: approximately 180 travel days per year
