Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.
What You'll Do
The Agency Partner Manager will help manage our Agency partners. You will become an integral part of our team managing and leveraging important business relationships, both established and new, responsible for contributing to the overall sales growth of our company. You will work closely with the senior management team and sales team.
Your Impact:
- Act as the Relationship Manager/point of contact for agency partners
- Build strong, worthwhile relationships with our agency Partners and track and ensure timely follow-up on all agreed actions including training sessions, customer sales & support referrals, and co-marketing activities
- Book and conduct training sessions to ensure partners understand our products and services
- Work closely with the sales team on partner referral opportunities
- Establish and maintain effective tracking of agency lead referrals
- Provide timely, relevant reporting to management regularly of the overall performance of the agency partner channel and summaries of agency initiatives undertaken
- Achieve and exceed the annual quota
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- 3- 4 years of Partnership experience in the e-commerce space with demonstrable experience in the Shopify ecosystem
- Proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both written and verbal
- Use an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and leverage new opportunities
- Tech-Savvy:
- Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is highly desirable
- Experience with PartnerPortal or equivalent PRM System
- Personality traits:
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment, while getting down in the weeds to get the job done
- Attitude:
- You're adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations. You approach challenges with a positive attitude and take initiative to find solutions.
- Mandatory Travel: Must be willing to travel and attend company events as needed

- This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
