The Senior Integrity Engineer, as part of the Maintenance & Integrity Excellence Centre team, will mainly ensure the implementation of integrity strategies through the development or enhancement of inspection plans, corrosion control, and monitoring activities.
a) Developing and optimizing inspection routines and corrosion control methods for various static equipment assets.
b) Ensuring execution of inspection plans and corrosion control activities according to defined maintenance strategies.
c) Leading the implementation of risk-based inspection strategies based on international standards.
d) Analysing integrity reports and corrosion data to propose improvement actions.
e) Perform integrity assessments for static equipment (API 510,API 570, API 653, API 579, ASME SEC VIII D1, ASME B31.3/31.8/31.4, etc.) and for pipelines (ASME B31G, API 579).
f) Assess the efficiency of the internal and external corrosion control and monitoring (cathodic protection systems, chemical treatment and internal cleaning).
g) Implement strategies to manage the integrity of unpiggable pipelines and to extrapolate the mechanical condition for pipelines without inspection.
h) Providing technical support for repair strategy development and implementation.
i) Supporting the implementation of Standard Integrity Management Processes and Computerized Integrity Management System.
j) Analysing maintenance and process safety KPIs and utilizing big data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
k) Assisting in the development of short and long-term maintenance management master plans.
l) Identifying innovative inspection and corrosion control techniques and assessing their feasibility.
m) Evaluating current best practices and incorporating them into company integrity procedures.
n) Providing technical support in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Management of Change (MoC) processes.
o) Participating in technical reviews related to Integrity and Maintenance (onshore and offshore).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Field experience in Maintenance and/or Operations discipline is desirable.
• Experience in field inspection and/or corrosion control and monitoring is desirable.
• Experience in both onshore and offshore assets.
• Availability to travel to different regions and countries.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in oil & gas assets, preferably downstream.
• Desirable any certifications regarding API 510/570, AMPP Corrosion Technologist, Cathodic protection technician 2.
