Then we want to hear from you!Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > SERV OFS PMO & Process Improvement The Offshore Service Resource department is part of Northern Central Europe Service in Vestas and is responsible for the resource provision for areas across the business, such as service, special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities - You will work together with one or more technicians in a team
- The Technician will execute varied work on WTG's under Service O&M, also Upgrade campaigns, Main Component Exchanges and Blade campaigns throughout the Vestas Offshore WTG fleet
- Will work conjointly with other members of Vestas sites in particular the Authorizing Engineers, Service managers, Project managers, Supervisors as well as with sub-contractors and customer Service & construction teams, overseeing that all AT tasks are carried out successfully in a safe and timely manner
- The Technician shall take necessary actions in order to comply with Vestas Safe System of Work and Quality standards
- The Technician will execute varied work on WTG's under Service O&M, also Upgrade campaigns, Main Component Exchanges and Blade campaigns throughout the Vestas Offshore WTG fleet
- Ensure that Vestas core values are adhered to
Qualifications - Technical education (mechanical / electrical) - NVQ/HNC/HND/BTEC Preferable
- Professional experience with WTG's and documentation
- Experience with technical diagrams
- Experienced in all aspects of wind turbines preferably trouble shooting activities
- Preferably with all GWO certificates required to travel offshore
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, preferably with SAP experience
