Talis Group’s client is the leading independently owned home building company in the Louisville Metro area. Dedicated to crafting exceptional homes, they are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to lead sales and marketing strategies and create a culture of collaboration and trust. This role calls for a dynamic and results-driven person to oversee all aspects of the sales department, set strategic goals, and ensure the team’s success.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the home building or related industry. Office located in Clarksville, IN.
Salary: $175,000 + bonus program. Complete benefits package included. M-F work week.
Highlighted Duties
- Set sales goals and develop strategies achieve them
- Mentor, manage, and motivate sales team members
- Identify and act on new growth opportunities
- Work with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions with sales team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required
Highlighted Requirements
- Proven successful track record in a sales management role in the home building or related industry (industry preferred, but not required.)
- Proven experience building and leading successful sales teams
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
