The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Head of SaaS Sales in Saifr. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our SaaS sales division, driving revenue, and encouraging client relationships. - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Proven experience in SaaS sales leadership, with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Saifr market and relevant industry trends.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

The Team
We are Fidelity Labs, Fidelity Investments' in-house fintech incubator with a mission to build new businesses to drive growth for Fidelity. The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$255,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
