§ Perform drilling engineering design and well planning that meet Co's technical standards
§ Conduct engineering studies of new technology/methodology and optimization related to well engineering and make technical recommendations to continually improve operations efficiency
§ Conduct the risk analysis of assigned drilling project
§ Provide technical advice and consultation to solve or mitigate operational problems related to drilling engineering during execution phase
§ Provide technical review on drilling engineering practices, methods & well planning for well operations upon requested
§ Prepare other drilling engineering studies when necessary under the supervision of Manager, Drilling Engineering Section

- Recommendation and justification on technical and commercial aspects
- Engineering solutions are brought and successfully solved operational problems in drilling and other operations on the wells
- High standard of work performed in the Drilling Engineering Section is in compliance with Company policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
§ Bachelor Degree in Petroleum / Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical or equivalent Engineering field
§ 0-3 year of experience in drilling engineering and operations
§ Outstanding track records of academic and extra curriculum activities
§ Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge in E&P and related business and benchmarking with international practice
