NES Fircroft is seeking an Offshore Well Site Supervisor for a key role in Oil & Gas Operations. The ideal candidate will oversee CO2 injection trials, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures. This position is crucial for successful carbon capture and storage (CCS) trials.
On offer is a competitive PAYE Day Rate, Rotation 3weeks on 3 weeks off , 12 hour days, mobilising from Norwich.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in pumping intervention and a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of CO2 injection processes and high-pressure pumping equipment
- Hold valid offshore certifications for the UK
- Proven leadership skills in managing on-site teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily CO2 injection operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Supervise service company personnel and monitor equipment performance
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to regulations
- Monitor key operational parameters and troubleshoot challenges
- Analyse trial data and facilitate communication between teams
