Job Description:
As a Data Analyst/Engineer at Sonata Care you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating data models, and designing data-driven solutions to support business objectives. Your expertise will help us derive meaningful insights, identify trends, and enhance our overall data strategy. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and engineering knowledge, making it crucial to our data operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and availability for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Build and optimize data models and algorithms to drive business insights and performance improvements.
- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards that communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for further analysis or data enhancement.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and engineering.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (Minimum 3 years) as a Data Analyst/Engineer or similar role.
- AWS, Python, Snowflake, Excel, Power BI or similar BI Tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
