POS-7277 HubSpot's Business Development team is at the forefront of driving innovation and growth for HubSpot with a large and diverse portfolio of strategic partners.. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic partnerships that align with HubSpot's mission to help businesses grow better.
As a Partnerships Lead, you will oversee develop and nurture high-level relationships, secure incremental growth, and deliver clear and attributable value back to enhance long-term partnership success.
We are looking for a self-starter with excellent attention to detail who is ready to learn and take on new challenges as we continue to build strategic partnerships for HubSpot.

Cash compensation range: 150000-240000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
