Description
Morphisec is at the cutting edge of cybersecurity innovation, delivering advanced endpoint protection through our unique Moving Target Defense technology. We prevent the most dangerous threats—those that other solutions miss, like zero-day and ransomware attacks. We’re a fast-growing, team-oriented, and Channel First company that thrives on tackling the challenges security professionals face in protecting organizations from sophisticated unknown attacks.
Position Overview:
Morphisec is seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive (AE) with a strong channel background to expand our footprint in the North-East, Southeast, and TOLA territories. As we head into the new year, this is a perfect opportunity for a sales professional ready to make an impact with a disruptive cybersecurity provider. You will play a critical role in closing business with organizations of 2,500-20,000+ employees, leveraging established channel partnerships and your network of security executives. Morphisec is a complementary solution that many Fortune 500 companies are adding to their EDR strategy, serving as the last line of defense against advanced threats where traditional EDRs fall short.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing large-scale deals with enterprise customers across financial services, healthcare, insurance, and more.
- Channel Collaboration: Work closely with Morphisec's trusted channel partners, ensuring joint success in navigating complex sales cycles and building a strong pipeline.
- Executive Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, VPs of Security, etc.) in the region, helping them understand how Morphisec complements their existing security infrastructure (EDR/AV/EPP) to create an impenetrable last line of defense.
- Complex Sales Management: Guide prospects through sales cycles using a consultative, high-touch approach, ensuring a tailored solution for their specific security needs.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other internal teams to ensure alignment and success across the sales process.
Requirements
- 10-15 years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT infrastructure sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the cybersecurity space.
- Proven success selling endpoint protection, threat detection, or DLP technology, especially within Series A, B, or C startups.
- Strong track record of closing six-figure deals within enterprise accounts.
- Channel Focus: Experience working closely with channel partners, understanding the value of a Channel First approach, and leveraging these relationships to drive sales.
- Executive Relationships: Active in the CISO community, with a deep network of cybersecurity executives (CISOs, VP-level security professionals) and the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers.
- Attributes: Integrity, intensity, and intelligence—the 3 I’s that define success in our team-oriented environment.
