Sales Manager, to lead and develop our in-home sales team. We desire a motivated, organized, caring individual who has a passion to drive results while developing a high performing environment. This position is a full time inside management position.
Responsibilities:- Hiring, Training, and Coaching of new Sales Team Members, aka "Designers," with full responsibility for total team size, retention, and turnover
- Ability to commit and fully implement the company's proven sales model
- Lead, develop and direct in-home sales team
- Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings
- Data and results-driven toward goal achievement
- Responsible for Monthly Sales Analysis, managing of company's sales KPIs and designer's leads and closing ratios
- Provide design & pricing assistance, conduct real-time price approvals
- Ensure Sales/Designers are complying with Sales process and administration, keeping records up to date etc.
Requirements:- 2 years minimum managing sales teams
- Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a proven track record
- Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model
- Positive attitude toward achievement
- Great communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Experience working with clients, excellent customer service skills
- Retail sales and management are a plus
- Knowledge and experience working with Windows Office, Word,Excel, Power Point and Outlook required.
