Testing & Subsea Services (TSS) has increasing activity and wishes to strengthen the technical support team in the workshop. We now have a vacant position as a maintenance technician.
In the workshop, equipment used in connection with well testing and pressure-balanced drilling on offshore installations is maintained and packed. There is an increasing degree of automation and different systems include both electrical actuation, hydraulics and pneumatics.
We are looking for you who want to give the degrees, get to know the equipment well and have ownership of the equipment and the workshop. Recognizing your values: safety, trust, cooperation, integrity and respect.
Tasks
Maintenance of equipment used offshore on drilling rigs in connection with drilling and production testing of oil/gas wells. Equipment includes choke manifolds, various types of actuated and manual valves, separators, coriolis flow meters, safety valves, pressure, temperature and level sensors, and other equipment related to pressure balanced drilling (MPD).
Function and pressure testing of equipment used in this connection.
Completion of equipment/assembly/maintenance.
Quality assurance and documentation of work carried out.
Packaging/documentation of said equipment.
5S and process improvement.
Incidental work that includes high-pressure flushing and washing of equipment.
Qualifications
Certificate in technical subjects
Data savvy / digital maintenance system
Relevant experience in technical/mechanical work can compensate for missing certificate
Personal qualities
The candidate must
be practical, have good structure and be able to handle a sometimes complex and hectic everyday life.
The position requires that you follow the company's HSE procedures with the greatest self-restraint
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with good communication and cooperation skills.
