We are hiring am IT Business Systems Analyst Intern for our Business Applications team. You'll engage directly with multi-functional partners to help transform NVIDIA's Order to Cash business: our sales, financial and operational processes. You will gain insights into business strategy and roadmaps. Our senior IT leaders will mentor, train, and collaborate with you. This is you chance to have large scale impact across NVIDIA while learning and growing!
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with Business and IT teams to capture & analyze requirements.
Understand cross functional dependencies across several processes and systems to drive design, functional specifications.
Work with internal and external development teams to help build scalable and sustainable custom applications and improvements to packaged applications.
Help prepare and implement testing plans to ensure high quality results.
Help develop and maintain use cases, process diagrams and user functional flows.
Build, review, and maintain high level project plans for the Order to Cash program resulting in detailed functional and technical design documents.
Provide status updates & presentations to both business and technical partners.
What we need to see:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or Business.
Exposure and/or understanding of Order to Cash processes within an ERP system – Order, Delivery, Billing, Returns, etc.
Experience engaging & working with a variety of technical resources, such as: application developers, content creators, infrastructure engineers and IT engineers.
Written and verbal communication experience with presentations and status reports.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Proven history of prioritizing customer needs.
The hourly rate for our interns is 18 USD - 71 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
