Purpose: Ensure finance, accounting & support functions meet the company's needs
Key Accountabilities:
A. Manage Internal Finance & Accounting
B. Manage the Company's Bank relationships & external Professional Service Providers
C. Manage Human Resources
This job requires proven experience at the senior management level with a manufacturing company – preferably food manufacturing but not essential.
Ideally the person has come up "through the ranks" and has in depth practical knowledge. Importantly the person must have a verifiable history of effectively managing others with a consistent proven record attaining Key Performance Indicators.
The company has been in business for 30 + years. It is consistently profitable. Gross sales are $125,000,000 There are 200 employees. The company's customers are in the Fortune 250. Customer retention is 95%.
The person selected for CFO will succeed the company's CEO who has been doing this job.
