As a Junior Operations & Performance Monitoring , you will be part of Plenitude On the Road . In particular, the Technical Operations & Performance Monitoring (TOPMO) team that monitors and maintains the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles of the Charging Point Operator (CPO) Plenitude On the Road.
Main activities:
- manage, in conjunction with the Operations Manager, communications with HW and SW technology suppliers to open reports, requests for clarification, evaluations of development opportunities, technical insights;
- support the Operations Manager in identifying and defining new correlation rules for the creation of watchdogs and alarms to be used in the control room real time monitoring systems;
- support the TOPMO team in day-to-day activities with a particular focus on the analysis of malfunction reports and remote support for field maintenance activities;
- provide input on strategies and policies relating to the operation, control, maintenance and management of charging infrastructure;
- coordinate inspections and maintenance of charging infrastructures, including safety activities, monitoring compliance with service levels and the implementation of company procedures and directives;
- provide second level support on call to ensure the continuity of operation of the Plenitude On the Road charging network;
- collaborate with other departments to analyze non-conformity events and contribute to the evaluation of the Root Cause Analysis.
Required features:
- Master's Degree in STEM Field
- Experience not exceeding 3 years gained in similar roles
- Good knowledge of the English language
