• While on temporary assignment in Houston, Texas- reasonable and customary expenses for lodging and meals are reimbursable when personal residence is located greater than 50 miles outside of the Municipality of Houston.
• Travel between personal residence and Houston, Texas is non-reimbursable

Located on Alaska's North Slope in the National Petroleum Reserve (NPR-A), the project is estimated to produce 180,000 barrels of oil per day at its peak.
The economic impact of the project will be sizable. According to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) estimates, could generate between $8 billion and $17 billion in new revenue for the federal government, the state of Alaska, the North Slope Borough, and local communities. The initial phase of development will include a new Central Processing Facility (WCF), three drill sites, pipelines, roads, bridges and supporting infrastructure.
Scope Summary:
The Project will require six (6) years of field construction commencing in 2023 and completing in 2028. Early construction work focuses on the installation of facilities at WOC in support of Drilling, Operations and Maintenance, and Permanent Camp (WPC). Later construction work focuses on process facilities at WCF and 3 drillsites.
Field construction commences in 2023 (Year 1) with the start of road construction from GMT2 West to and Horizontal Direction Drilling (HDD) at the Colville River for the installation of the utility pipeline (seawater) and product pipeline (diesel). 2024 (Year 2) completes the road construction to the Operations Center (WOC) and the and the installation of the utility and product pipelines connecting pipeline infrastructure from the Greater Kuparuk Area (GKA) to Alpine infrastructure. 2025 (Year 3) continues civil and pipelines and on pad facility work starts with the installation of camps and infrastructure on WOC. 2026 (Year 4) completes civil construction, continues pipeline construction, and starts facility construction on the Central Facility and Drillsites. 2027 (Year 5) continues pipeline and facility construction work. 2028 (Year 6) completes pipeline and facility construction for the development.
Position Summary:
Facility Construction Coordinator reports to the Facility Construction Superintendent as part of the Construction core Team.
Facility Construction Coordinator is accountable for coordinating the prioritized delivery of materials and equipment from East of the Coleville River (Kuparuk) to West of the Coleville River ( ) during the ice road seasons. Accountable for prioritized staging of all construction materials on the West side of Coleville River ( arena) associated with K-Pad, WOC, WCF and Drillsites.This role is critical to ensure each work fronts materials are delivered and staged in priority and sequence to accomplish a full years scope after the ice roads close to meet the overall Project schedule.
Facility Construction Coordinator is expected to evaluate all project requirements and develop a comprehensive material delivery and staging plan for each work front. The Construction Coordinator will interface with other members of the Project Team including, Facility Install Contractor (FIC), COP Construction and COP Logistics as well as Logistics contractor(s) to ensure materials and priorities are consistent with Project objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
As part of the Construction Team the Facility Construction Coordinator is responsible to:
Planning
• Develop a detailed staging plan for all aspects of the Central Facilities and Drillsites in adherence with CPMS processes and guidelines, project specifications, and external stakeholder requirements.
• Identify and participate in interface management activities. Ensure all interfaces are communicated during development of the staging plan and documented for use by the installation team.
• Assist in COP Constructability processes, assist in maintaining and developing the Shipping Register, and assist in formal logistics workshops.
• Ensure that the WCF and DS Material Staging Plans are fully integrated with all other portions of the Project Plan and are vetted by the project team.
• Become knowledgeable and integrated in the FIC Material Management System.
• Actively promote Company knowledge sharing; apply best practices, synergies, and lessons learned from other projects and operations.
Execution
• Provide key interface with engineering, fabrication, construction, logistics, and supply chain to develop the most cost effective and efficient means of material management.
• Review and provide comments on the engineering design, specifically with regards to component design, weight, and dimensions to ensure alignment with transportation and staging.
• Support the development and response to Technical Queries (TQ's) raised by engineering and installation contractors from a material mangement point of view.
Supply Chain
• Support the development of the Facilities procurement strategies.
• Support the Material Management development of Requests for Proposals (RFP's).
• Support the development of transportation and staging schedules and priorities. Review contractor/vendor schedules for alignment with key project milestones.
• Participate in review of the overall project estimate and schedule.
Qualification Requirements:
Basic / Required:
• 15+ years of projects experience in a construction materials or logistics role
• Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.

• Strong Material Management background
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction, or related field
• 10+ years of Alaska Arctic (or equivalent) Logistics and Construction experience
• Demonstrated strong technical competence, understanding of unique Alaska transportation, Logistics and Material Handling requirements.
• Demonstrated performance as part of a team working large project and interfacing with project leadership.
• Listens actively and invites dialogue for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results.
