Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Production: Regularly monitoring production levels and equipment performance to ensure optimal output.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing production data to identify trends, optimize performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to implement production enhancement strategies and resolve technical challenges.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and any incidents or issues encountered.
- Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of production data through quality assurance processes and data validation techniques.
- Environmental Compliance: Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies related to well operations, fluid handling, and waste management to minimize environmental impact.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Petroleum or Mechanical preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an Upstream role
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Power BI, Merrick Suite, Excel, Spotfire, Wellview, Enverus, PowerPoint, XSPOC, Ignition
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information
