OverviewInsagic is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, Business Operations for ACE - Publicis Audience Center of Excellence. Your job will be to scale and optimize operations as we enter the next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a strategic generalist who excels in navigating ambiguity and enjoys building new functions from scratch.
In this pivotal role, you will own the development, strategy, sales and execution of products that enable our clients to identify, engage, and influence healthcare and pharmaceutical audiences effectively. You will be at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and technology, working across a multidisciplinary team to shape and scale audience-centric solutions that drive measurable outcomes. With your experience as a healthcare market analyst and media expert you will leverage our data ecosystem to build a profitable portfolio of existing audience solutions as well as find market opportunities for new offerings. You will manage the full lifecycle of multiple audience solutions, from ideation to release to performance optimization.
As the SVP, Business Operations Lead for Audience Solutions, you will partner with agencies and data providers across Publicis Groupe as the audience specialist in our healthcare vertical. You'll work with leaders across the organization driving the transformation of our industry as the next evolution of technology and AI redefines our approach to improving health outcomes with our client partners.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth: - Enhance Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and design tools or workflows that enable the team to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Support Sales Enablement and Performance: Build systems and frameworks that align cross-functional efforts with sales priorities, streamline lead-to-close workflows, and provide actionable insights to empower the sales team and drive customer acquisition.
Strategic Leadership:- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Audience Solutions portfolio.
- Align product goals with the company's overall strategic objectives, ensuring the solutions address client needs and market opportunities. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert, contributing to the company's leadership in audience intelligence and engagement. Proactively manage impact of compliance mandates on all aspects of the business and ensure prompt communication of any changes are echoed across the organization.
Product Development & Innovation:- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of audience-focused products, from ideation to launch through GTM sales support, managing performance optimization based on audience quality, customer feedback and real world performance measurement
- Leverage data science, analytics, and advanced technology to design innovative solutions for audience segmentation, targeting, and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging trends, such as AI, machine learning, and real-world data, into the product suite.
- Stay ahead of the evolving data privacy and security landscape, developing products that adhere to stringent regulatory requirements and standards
Client Engagement & Partnerships:- Partner with key internal and external clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Cultivate relationships with external vendors, technology providers, and data partners to enhance product offerings.
- Lead presentations and discussions with senior client stakeholders to articulate value propositions and product capabilities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of customer success reps, data scientists, analysts, and developers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, media, marketing, legal/compliance, and data teams to ensure cohesive execution of product initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and client-centricity within the Audience Solutions team.
Performance & Growth:- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and client impact.
- Monitor audience data and methodology trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies and regulatory developments to inform product evolution and become a market leader
- Work with finance team to track profitability and opportunity cost and drive revenue growth through product innovation and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on audience solutions and sales in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors. Must have knowledge of HIPAA regulatory environment and state-level privacy regulations for use of healthcare data. Previous leadership experience at the VP level or higher preferred.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of audience design, targeting strategies, media and engagement technologies, including data platforms, CRM systems, Programmatic media, Video and TV channels, Social channels, and AI-driven tools
- The intellectual agility to generate and shepherd novel ideas, approaches and strategies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks, as well as lead, mentor, and inspire diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Vision: Track record of defining product strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and driving revenue growth.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and modern marketing technologies. Direct experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data is a must.
- The ability to prioritize ruthlessly in order to move quickly. You identify what's most important alongside the points of diminishing returns. You identify problems and move quickly to establishing solutions
- Proven ability to build and implement scalable processes, tools, and workflows from the ground up
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar) preferred.
Additional InformationCompensation Range: $195,300 - $332,010 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
