Psychiatrist Job Description
Revive Therapeutic Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a Psychiatrist at Revive, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals struggling with mental health and behavioral issues.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medication and collaborate with therapy providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of psychiatry to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
• Work collaboratively with our team of licensed therapists and other mental health professionals to provide a holistic approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and other documentation in compliance with regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
• Board-certified in Psychiatry and licensed to practice in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting.
• Experience providing medication management services to individuals with mental health and/or behavioral issues.
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Familiarity with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) or willingness to receive training.
