Part-Time Psychologist – Neuropsychological Evaluations in Rhode Island
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Psychologist to conduct neuropsychological evaluations for clients in Rhode Island. This role is ideal for a licensed psychologist with experience in cognitive and psychological assessments who is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity. The position involves administering, scoring, and interpreting neuropsychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning in children, adolescents, and/or adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, including clinical interviews, test administration, and interpretation.
- Develop detailed, evidence-based assessment reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to provide feedback and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Stay informed about current best practices in neuropsychology and assessment techniques.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field.
- Active Rhode Island psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Experience conducting neuropsychological assessments with diverse populations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
