Job Description
Manage the execution of existing Membrane Replacement Agreement (MRA) Contracts in NAM and develop new operations/forecasting processes needed to support the growing portfolio. In addition, be resource to support the expansion of the model into regions outside of North America.
Nature of work:
In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
- Organize sessions with sales and commercial engineering teams develop and implement the strategy for MRA contract opportunities, also in coordinating with Services teams if customer is interested in a performance based contracts (MSA)
- Work closely with Services, Insight, techsupport teams to support customer needs and ensure deliverables from contract are provided.
- Maintain forecast of membrane replacements needed for the ZW PSI to use with factory production planning.
- Engage project management team in the execution of membranes replacement events as required.
- Ensure annual Invoicing is updated and completed for active contracts.
- Monitor and update annual contract financial performance and contract forecasting.
- Coordinate customer feedback meetings to provide feedback and input.
- Be a customer advocate, motivating internal teams to meet customer requirements and prioritize their satisfaction.
- Travel to customer sites for site meetings and issue investigation will be required at times.
- Function in this role with a high order of integrity and compliance with the regulations and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
Skills:
- Ability to multitask on several concurrent projects
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SAP and other business productivity tools and platforms.
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
- Communicate effectively to internal groups and customer in person and over the phone
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and perseverance
- Ability to work well and collaborate with a team
Qualifications
Qualification/ Requirements:
- B.S. in an engineering/science discipline or related technical experience
- 5+ years of customer relationship management experience.
