Location: The Hague
Job Summary: Cost accounting (accounts payable) and treasury functions support for 5 legal entities based in The Netherlands. Management reporting.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Treasury functions:
- Prepare daily bank transfers and ensure this is done according Cashflow structure.
- Prepare payment processed to vendors before processing into the Electronic Banking system.
- Prepare payments processed to intercompany vendors and 3rd party vendors in compliance with the payment terms.
- Prepare daily bank transaction and ensure banks are reconciled on daily basis.
- Maintain the ERP database of vendor invoices.
Accounts Payables function:
- Register and post vendor invoices in accordance with the internal "Accounts Payables procedure".
- Prepare intercompany AP report at month end and obtain counter party confirmation.
- Monitor vendor balances and un-posted invoices.
- Monitor vendor database.
- Quarterly Advance reporting
- Review payment outside the netting day and follow-up with location. Update treasury on a quarterly basis.
- Balance sheet account review and reconciliation and preparation of associated Balance Sheet notes.
Management reporting:
- Withholding tax reconciliation and compliance support
- Ad Hoc reporting, analysis or projects.
Qualifications: 5 year experience in a similar role
Excel skills - advanced user
SAP/ Navision experience is a plus
Language : English (Dutch is a plus)
