How to contribute to our visionIn SGRE Heavy Lift we are responsible for exchanging the main components on offshore wind turbines within our client portfolio. As an operational project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating entire maritime logistics operations from A-Z and oversee the delivery of components with a high degree of precision and accountability. You will coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery on site. Daily tasks will include, among others:
• Implement defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
• Ensure the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, and profitability.
•Implement workforce development measures.
•Act a primary escalation contact to customers and resolves issues with external and internal stakeholders.
•Supervise/conduct the negotiation of and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
•Support in developing service leads.
•Ensure obeying regional laws and regulations.
•Manage organization unit(s) assigned and lead and/or coordinate dedicated management and staff.
What You Need To Make a DifferenceA passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for...
• You have at least 5 years' experience as Project Manager in offshore operations.
• You know how to read a room and can both anticipate on situations as they come. You can handle stress, yet you know how to delegate efficiently
• You have exclusively knowledge about both Adwen and Siemens turbines and major components in exchanges platforms from a Project Manager perspective.
• You hold a Bachelor or Masters' degree in engineering or any other technical studies.
• You have more than 2 years' experience in renewable energies.
• You are a communicative person with ability to interact and co-work with peers in a smoothly and efficient way.
• You have International experience and English language advanced level.
• Project Management trainings would be an advantage
